I have swam all my life, but sea swimming is relatively new to me. In lockdown I started and last year was my first proper sea swim event. I love the challenges it creates. Every swim is different and even getting changed can be a challenge when cold. Those I swim with love the sea and being outside too. I feel so grateful to be able to do all this and never take it granted. I want to raise money to help those who need the ongoing research to improve their heart conditions. Sharing the love.
