Elijah was born on 20th June 2016 with a severe heart condition. Elijah lived most of his life in hospital, only getting home for day trips. One of our favourite things to do was to take him out on a family walk along the tow path. Therefore, on his birthday, we will walk 5 miles along the Lagan, 1 mile for each month he was with us.

Another highlight of those 5 months was our 24 hour trip to the "special hotel" as we called it - The Nothern Ireland Childrens Hospice. We will never forget getting to go swimming as a family of 6. That 'hotel' was an amazing place!!
