On Friday 22nd October I'm doing a firewalk in support of PDSA. The location for the event is Lilleshaw National Sports Centre, Newport, Shropshire where myself, some of my colleagues and PDSA supporters will be risking life and limb (well, risking getting a bit burnt).
Our mission is to walk cross 20ft of hot burning coals bare foot. To give you an idea of my stupidity in signing up for this, the coals will be burning at 1,236 degrees Fahrenheit… to put that into perspective paper combusts at 451 degrees and aluminium melts at 1100 degrees!!!!!!
I know times are tough, but if you can spare a couple of quid to support me support PDSA I'd really appreciate it. I really want to raise at least £250 for the event.
