Jill is Briggs Equipment’s 2017 mascot for our chosen charity of the year, Newlife.  Newlife is the UK’s largest charity provider of specialist equipment for children with disabilities and terminal illness.

So far, Briggs has dedicated 3,859 hours this year to fundraising and helped ten children get the equipment they need.

Jill the bear will be beginning her own fundraising efforts by going on a journey to Briggs depots and customer sites, raising awareness and collecting donations!  Starting at Briggs HQ, Cannock, Staffordshire, she will be on her way to her first stop, Haydock, later on this week.  Team Briggs at Haydock will be showing her the sites and reporting back to HQ with photos from her travels before choosing her next destination and sending her off to continue her mission.
