Story

Trekking up Scafell Pike and The Old Man of Coniston for Children's Hospice South West

On the 7th and 8th of July a team of 9 will be heading to the lakes in the very early hours of Saturday morning to climb and conquer Scafell Pike. After a long day of walking we will then nip up the Old Man of Coniston and back on the Sunday morning, before the long drive home. We are taking on this challenge to raise funds for the Children’s Hospice South West, an amazing local charity which we have had a close connection with over many years.

 Many of us have visited the hospice at Charlton Farm in Wraxall and have seen first-hand the incredible work that they do. If you would like to sponsor us we would be very grateful for any donations, big or small – just donate via our just giving page;

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
