Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. My name is Bushra Farooq, I work in the field of Psychology and Mental health in the NHS.

Each year I do something to challenge myself physically and raise funds for causes that I truly believe in (Photos in the gallery). Due to the pandemic, I had to pause physical activities but I am challenging myself this year to run a 10K in Brighton on 2nd April 2023 and raise funds for the HEADS ON charity. Living with mental health problems can be life-changing, but I do believe that with the right support extraordinary things can happen and that is Heads On's foundation. You can check them out on https://www.headsoncharity.org/

I'd appreciate all contributions towards this cause and there is no pressure to contribute, if you could share my page with others and spread the word that would mean the world to me. 

If anyone wants to come on the day to cheer me and the rest of the runners on that'll be great in terms of support and to push a level more, if anyone would like to join me in training for the 10K, I am happy to discuss to do something in person or virtually to have accountability.
