Story

The Saharawi children sang one of my songs live in the camp a couple of years ago. It was so moving watching them. The song is called 'Across the World'. Recently I wrote a song for Aziza Ibrahim and her grandmother called 'Diva of the Desert Blues'. Through music I already feel very close to the cause. On Saturday March 20th - the first day of spring - I shall be  writing a minimum of six songs spontaneously. I shall not see the themes or titles until the day itself. They can be about anything - not just Saharawi related - and I need you to make suggestions to Daniele Smith. One word, two words, a short sentence, whatever inspires you. And me!
