In May 2019, my brother Michael Hinds committed suicide. As a family we have been left devastated and heartbroken. It is something we will never get over but it has made us realise how big an issue mental health awareness is.

On the 18th of November I will be taking part in an Ultra White Collar Boxing event to raise money for the charity Mind. Mind is a mental health charity in England and Wales.
