I'm raising funds to support Dads Rock by taking part in the Kiltwalk with my daughter Anna. Will you chip in? I’ve chosen Dads Rock because they provide fantastic practical and moral support to Dads navigating parenthood and have helped me with the free workshops and playgroups they run.

Dads Rock work at the ground level within the community and believes that every Dad deserves the chance to reach their full potential. They offer a range of free and low-cost programs and services like weekly playgroups, parenting workshops & courses, music tuition at the Dads Rock Academy, one-on-one support for vulnerable young dads, and general support for dads and their families with a focus on positive mental health. They've been running for over 11 years and have supported thousands of dads in the progress.
