We chose Acorns Children's Hospice as our ‘Charity of the Year 2017’ after speaking with their fundraising team, when it hit home just how important their work is and the impact is has on so many lives within the local community.

We aim to raise £10,000 by holding various events and activities at the
centre throughout the year, to help them continue the brilliant and caring
work that they do for children (and their families) who have life limiting
conditions. Events will include Summer BBQ’s, Disco’s, Children’s Mascots, Football Matches and Parties! There will be a Barometer in the Upper West Mall in the centre, which will indicate the fundraising milestones met throughout the year. 

The work that Acorns do is amazing and Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre is very excited and proud to be working closely with them in 2017. If you are able to, please help us reach our target by donating what ever you can afford towards a truly excellent and well-worthy cause.
