2wish provide immediate and ongoing bereavement support for those affected by the sudden and traumatic loss of a child or young adult aged 25 years and under in Wales. We aim to help those faced with the unimaginable to live again, smile again and to never give up hope.

Story

On the 2nd of October, nine members of our Cadwaladers family will be tackling the 13.1 mile stretch of the iconic Cardiff half marathon race, as run by Mo Farah earlier this year at the IAAF World Half Marathon.

The race is one of the flattest and fastest courses in the UK and passes many famous areas of the Welsh Capital including The Start line at Cardiff Castle, The Wales Millennium Centre, Welsh Assembly, BBC studios and the famous Doctor Who Experience!

The race will be challenging, but with determination and focus (That only comes with excessive time working on the ice cream cabinet) We believe our Cadwaladers team will find themselves achieving great things as well as raising money for our charity of the year, 2 Wish Upon a Star.

2 Wish Upon a Star are a fantastic charity dedicated to helping improve bereavement services in Wales. Their emphasis is to provide bereavement support for parents after losing their child suddenly and traumatically.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
