"I am going on a TOTALLY sugar free diet from June 8th for 1 week.No alcohol,no biscuits,no supermarket ready meals just pure fruit & veg.Organic where available. To ensure my hypoglacaemia is kept at bay I will make certain of having nuts & raisins & bananas especially during tennis matches,running & cycling. I'm also going to start swimming again (I was junior county swimmer from 55-62) ALL PROCEEDS TO LION AID & we gotta reach a minimum of £200. I'm in for £20 & others have pledged around £50 so far. I will list my food intake every evening about 7pm. So please give generously to help Lion Aid do YET ANOTHER trip to Brussels to stop the importation of Trophies. (Oh the glasses are to make me look studious & marginally intelligent INNIT!!!)"
