Now in our 3rd year of successful fundraising efforts a bunch of us are going to do it all again, 50KM Hong Kong Trail.  You would think knowing what is coming I would train more, but still 4 weeks to go.  All for a fantastic cause and well worth the hours of pain ahead:)
