A few weeks ago, my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer for the second time in her life. This news was heartbreaking for both me and my family. I feel like I especially have really struggled to come to terms with this news and I've not really known what to do as I’ve never really had to deal with this kind of emotional turmoil before. I want her to know that she isn’t alone in this fight, and that even when she’s struggling through the toughest of times that I and many people will be right beside her supporting her all the way. She is one of the two most important people in my life and it hurts so much to see her in this kind of pain, but she's such a strong woman, and hopefully with the love and support of her family she can beat cancer again. Having seen the pain and suffering that this horrible disease causes, I wanted to help in any way that I could; so I suppose this is my little bit in the fight against cancer.
