Story
Cambridge ARU student paramedics are undertaking 24 hours of CPR in aid of East Anglian Air Ambulance and Heart Link Children's Charity.
Our second year cohort have all been moved by the story of their colleague's sister 'Nancy' who was born with tetralogy of fallot - a congenital heart condition. Nancy has already undergone several lifesaving operations and will need many more as her life goes on, she is so brave! Nancy's sister Niamh who studies paramedic science at ARU asked to raise funds with the society for Heart Link as 'Heart link helped my family cope rather than crumble during the darkest times we have experienced. They have provided a sanctuary, a tranquil place for my family to rest while my sister was on life support'
Any donations to Heart Link would be greatly appreciated by all of us studying paramedic science at Anglia Ruskin Cambridge!
