I fell off a roof a few weeks ago.  Although nothing was broken I was shocked by how one small slip could so  potentially change a life.

No one can know when events will send you spinning - and gosh we've had a few events this year.  Cornwall Mind is busier than it has ever been, and we are delighted to offer our support.
