I will be running The Great South Run this October on behalf of the Rainbow Trust Children's charity. Last year the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity provided 1170 families of critically and terminally ill children with support whilst their child goes through treatment. Unfortunately this is only 10% of families that need our support; I am trying to raise money so we can reach out to more families in need of our help.  To find out more about Rainbow Trust please visit their website at http://www.rainbowtrust.org.uk/.

My goal is to complete this 10 mile run in 1hr 30 minutes and I will be working hard with a personal trainer and new diet to do this (Scary!!)
