My brother has had OCD since his teens. This year, the severe effect of it has amounted to sucide attempts, fruitless medical help and the deterioration of us as a family unit.

My responce to this is for myself and other musicians to play the Vexations by Erik Satie. You will discover that it is the definition of obsession, with its 840 repetitions. It's very hypnotic...

We are also collecting and reading local, anon stories of OCD, to highlight the condition, along with the music itself.

We plan to play it all over Cardiff till the end of the year.
