Good Mental Health is taken for granted, but some need more help than others. We are all different. Mind do fantastic work giving information and support to those who need it most.

It is vital that the stigma attached to mental health issues is eradicated.  Your contributions will be incredibly important in furthering research and proving help.

I will be cycling 300 miles from Gothenburg to Copenhagen from the 3rd June to the 5th June 2019 with a group of like minded folk.
