I am a member of an amazing community nursing team and a few of us have decided to form a team to take part a part in completing the National Three Peaks Challenge , which means climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowden all within 24 hours, on Saturday 24th August. This is a total climbing distance of 23-miles and a total ascent of 3064 metres. 

We have agreed as a team to raise money for Mind in Brighton and Hove, who is an important charity in promoting good mental health, empowering people to lead a full life within their community. Brighton and hove on average have a higher level of mental health Issues and we will all at some-point in our lives need mental health support or will know someone close to us who will benefit from mental health support.
