Every year I complete a different race and lets face it I'm not getting any younger!!! Last year my Ultra was in Windsor and I managed that finishing off with a glass of prosecco, so this year I am running the trails and byways of the Chilterns for another 50km challenge. Running for a great charity always really helps motivate me on cold training mornings and to get round on the day.
