On March 21st my family's world was torn apart....my mum, Anne was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, two types of cancer. In the days running up to surgery we were told so much information that was hard to take in, but mum stayed strong and the smile on her face was amazing.  

Her cancer type is so rare her doctor had only ever seen one other case in 15 years. Our mum is unique in so many ways. 

Mum has to have more treatment in a few more weeks but I need to help raise awareness and raise funds to help Macmillan with there support network and research so I am braving the shave and holding a fundraiser.
