Mental health issues affect one in four people in any given year. I know many children and adults who have suffered, at some point in their lives, from a mental health issue, yet access to appropriate support can still be difficult to source. This can have a detrimental impact on everyone. I have been privileged to work both personally and professionally with CRISIS Counselling Service in Erskine over the years. Admitting you have a problem is the biggest hurdle. CRISIS offer compassionate support and assistance for those dealing with a range of issues.
