At Carswell Gould we aren't afraid of taking risks for a worthy cause, so in the latest instalment of CG Adventures, we're taking on the Massif Cycle Challenge to raise money for Challenge Adventure Charities and Oracle Cancer Trust.

Along with 250 other riders, we'll be faced with completing a 500-mile cycle relay in just three days from the Channel port of Saint-Malo to Clermont-Ferrand. In our case, we hope to raise upwards of £1,000 for Challenge Adventure Charities (Cancer Research UK and British Heart Foundation) and our team's chosen charity, Oracle Cancer Trust, the UK's leading head and neck cancer research charity.

Oracle is close to the hearts of those at MSX, one of our clients, after their former managing director, Fred Ridges, sadly died from throat cancer in 2004. The charity is leading research into head and neck cancer within the UK, funding vital research projects into ensuring a breakthrough for those with the disease. 

50% of any money raised by the CG team will go to Oracle, and 50% to the Challenge Adventure Charities.

We have been fundraising separate to this JustGiving page and have reached a current total : £425.00 (as at 26.09.16).

While we're used to navigating a tricky piece of code, a lengthy marketing strategy or all areas of Photoshop, the Massif Challenge will be a physical and mental test that puts all of us out of our comfort zones. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
