Caterham Salvation Army - Community Support

The Salvation Army' COVID-19 Community Support · 16 April 2020
As we face a second Christmas with ongoing uncertainty from COVID-19, Caterham Salvation Army Church working together with a number of local businesses and organisations is reaching out to families locally that continue to find life tough. Through the gift of Christmas Presents, and where needed, the Gift of Baby boxes (formula, nappies and other baby things); Household Boxes (cleaning materials, black bags, loo paper, toiletries) and the Gift of Food working together with Caterham Foodbank, Caterham Churches Together and Westway Christmas Day Lunch.
Our thanks to Caterham Rotary Club, Tesco's, Morrisons, Caterham Foodbank, The Westway, RAFA, Godstone Hygiene Bank, Caterham Puma's Football Club, Foot Tappers Jazz Club, Oakhurst / Essendene and Whyteleafe Schools, Church Walk Shopping Centre, The King and Queen Pub, Blue Bell Construction, 17th Purley (St. Johns) Cubs, Lawhill Worldwide, DSD Concrete and the many, many individuals who have collected and donated this year.
Together we are making a real difference for families this winter and bringing a smile to the faces of children on Christmas Day. This is just part of what the Salvation Army Church does locally all year round and we thank you for your ongoing support.
May you have a blessed Christmas and a hope filled New Year, Ailsa Flinders, Church minister.
