Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Retinoblastoma accounts for 3% of childhood cancers. a child will not normally be diagnosed until 1 - 5 years of age with 2 years being the most common.
My Daughter Kitty was diagnosed with Unilateral Retinoblastoma at 9 weeks old. the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (CHECT) have been a huge support to us and will continue to do so for the rest of Kitty's life.
CHECT rely solely upon donations to continue their work in the research of Retinoblastoma and supporting families like us who have to live with the disease and its consequenses.
I have decided to take up the 25k Thames Path challenge as my way of giving something back. Those of you that know me will realise that I am someone who drives anywhere thats further than 20 minutes away so this is going to be TOUGH!!
