Hi everyone, I'm running the Manchester marathon this time on Sunday 28th April. Once again I'm feeling really nervous but hoping to beat my last finish time. Thanks so much to everyone who so generously donated last time and just a few quid again would be brilliant to support Lifeboats in Mumbles whose funding was cut but who still remain hugely busy relying on volunteers. 

Thanks to all my friends who have helped me by watching Abigail while I run, and for keeping me running on wet and rainy days.
