In memory of Mark Thornberry
Mark Thornberry was the epitome of determination. Despite being diagnosed with a form of liver cancer, being told in 2017 that he had just a few months to live, he was determined to use his passion to raise vital funds for liver cancer researh.

Story

The "Why"...

I run for many reasons, but however far I need to go, I will keep running for my hero Mark. Like Thorners, I want to save and extend the life of those suffering from liver cancer. It is under-researched and this has to change. Let's do this together!

Inspired by my late friend, I will take on a series of challenges that are beyond what I thought I could do...

I will continue to push to complete 12 x 100 mile ultramarathons within a 12 month period...

I will "get it done" #ForThorners
