On 24 July 2016, I will be taking part in the London Bikeathon raising money for the charity Bloodwise (formerly Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research). It will be starting in Southwark and taking a route around London for 26 miles (If you spot me then feel free to wave hi!).

The first London Bikeathon I took part in was in 2006 and have continued to do so every few years ever since. Please help me raise money for this worthy cause that affects many lives and a few of them of whom I know. It will give hope...
