Hey! 

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and supporting me with my insane idea to swim the full length of Loch Lubnaig on 4th August 2018. 

I'm doing this because I love the challenge. I've never swum in open water (except the sea) before and never this distance in one go, and what better way to push yourself and see what your body can achieve. 

I'm supporting Scottish Sports Future because I love what they are about. Being a Fitness Instructor, I obviously am passionate about sports and fitness and the massive benefits it has for people. Supporting a charity that brings sports into the lives of young people is a great thing as it allows the young people to not only get fitter and healthier and make it a habit but also builds confidence and self-esteem, allows them to make friends and work together and use sports to cope with things that aren't going so well in life.
