Thanks for taking the time to view my just giving page. This page is to donate to Epilepsy action. I am organising a charity football match to be played in Tupton, Chesterfield on Saturday 25th March, this is in the loving memory of my amazing cousin Caroline Humpherson who sadly passed away back in 2012 at the age of just 23. After living with epilepsy for as long as i can remember Caroline sadly died after having a seizure.
