I am delighted to be an Ambassador for CASCAID, the initiative which brings asset management together as we look to raise over £1m for Cancer Research UK in 2017.

For my challenge, I thought it appropriate to put myself through torture in an attempt to raise as much money as possible! From March - May, I will be skiing, swimming, rowing, cycling & running over 550km.

Stupidly, this is broken down into:
18th March: Skiing 100km downhill in a day
26th March: Cycling 100 miles in a day
7th April: Row 100km on a Concept 2 in a day
10th -19th April: Run 10km a day for 10 days
22nd April - 31st May: Swim 100km

My incredible colleagues at Investec Asset Management &  a number of wonderful people from across the industry will be joining me for the row. Concept 2 have lent us three rowing machines for the day and we will attempt to collectively row 300,000m. That's equivalent to rowing the channel 9 times!
