Hey Everyone 

My name is Charles Metcalfe I am  partially sighted gay adult and have found LondonFriend to be one of the most friendly and supportive places. I am doing this half marathon on the 17th of November  to help provide further funds to London Friend so they can continue doing their amazing work. Which includes support groups for all LGBT adults, support groups fur disabled lgbt adults and counselling services for LGBT individuals. Anything you can give me would be great.
