Charlies Sydney Tough Mudder challenge in memory of Michael Flower

After the saddening news of Michael Flower’s passing away this week after being diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago, I wanted to raise money to give something back to the charity of his close family’s choice - Macmillan Cancer Support. This wonderful charity has been there for the family throughout the past 5 years offering support through the hard times and helping to make it as smooth as possible.
I will be taking on Sydney Australia’s Tough Mudder event on 18th November 2017. For those that are unfamiliar with the event it is a 16-20k mud run including 20+ obstacles designed by British SAS troops. Here is a link to the kind of obstacles I’ll be facing: https://toughmudder.com.au/obstacle/ and more information can be found on their website.
I am absolutely honoured to be able to take part in this event in memory of such a wonderful husband, father and friend. Any donation of any size would be absolutely massively appreciated to help these phenomenal people provide help and support to other families.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Fundraising is hugely important to Macmillan. Without people doing events, running marathons, climbing mountains, and donating in all the other ways that you can, Macmillan wouldn’t exist. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs.
