On a personal level this will be the biggest swimming challenge I have undertaken. Looking forward to swimming down one of the most beautiful stretches of the River Dart, Devon. It's idyllic.

Swimming has helped me with many challenges in my life. It has been a constant resource through difficult times. It got me through grieving for the loss of my parents, break ups with partners, and countless other moments where I felt at sea.

It is a beautiful gift to be able to swim, weighless in the water, to feel free and at one with your body. I want to swim to fundraise for children, who will deeply benefit from this essential skill.
