I'm back, and supporting more charities through events this year. This event is being completed for Support our Paras. Paras 10 is a 10 mile endurance run through a variety of challenging terrain ( I am hoping on the day my shin splints don't reappear!) so please don't dig too deep but a spare penny will go along way!

SUPPORT OUR PARAS does what it says on the tin. We support our Paras in The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces through the welfare of veterans, serving soldiers and their families and widows, and through the maintenance of its regimental efficiency, ethos, spirit and heritage.
