We fund lifesaving research to tackle heart and circulatory diseases

Story

I am running the Oxford half marathon in October to raise money for BHF. I am running this as in February I sadly lost my father due to undetected heart disease, this came as a shock to us as he was a very fit and healthy man so I would like to raise as much money as possible to try and prevent things like this happening to others, so any donations would be hugely appreciated! Daddy came to my half last year and was extremely supportive so I couldn’t think of a better event to raise money for BHF.

I am aiming for running it in under 1hr 45mins so fingers crossed!

Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
