Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am doing a sky dive on July 24th!

Since the very first day of year 7, Hollie Coldwell and I became best friends. 7 years on, we are still best friends. Her family were (and still are) amazing including a little boy called Louis, Hollie's brother.

Unfortunately in 2010, he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called a Neuroendocrime Tumour after going into hospital with a suspected injury from playing in the garden. 

Although this illness was to affect his and his family's life forever, they were incredibly brave and didn't let anything get them down. For an 8 year old boy, he was full of life and such an inspiration. 

In 2012 he passed away, at the extremely young age of 10. This changed the lives of everyone close to him, it would never be the same again.

However, he left a massive impact on his amazing family that will be remembered forever. Inspite of this hole in everyone's hearts, Louies family were determined to help other people. They set up a not for profit charity called Louie's S.M.I.L.E.S (Sharing Memories in Louies Everlasting Smile). They realised that not every hospital ward had sufficient funds to supply toys and books whilst children were having treatment, so they decided to make a difference. Their aim is to give back to the wards that helped Louis by supplying a mass of books, toys, games and everything that you can think of. Every single penny raised will make a difference to these children's lives.

Louis and his family are an amazing, inspirational and loving family and I want to do this skydive to raise as much money as possible for all the children currently recieving treatment and to show the Coldwell's what an awe inspiring family they are.
