3 years ago i became ill with glandular fever. It was horrible and i still havent recovered, only became more unwell. Myalgic Encephalomyelitis is the name off the illness I am now left with. The symptoms are likened to having the flu constantly and feeling like you have just run a marathon all the time. Other symptoms include muscle weakness, headaches, muscle and joint pains, dizziness, fever, sensory overload, confusion, poor memory, bowel problems, exhaustion and much more. My life has drastically changed from being a pesonal trainer and the picture of health to having to use a walking stick. I'm 28- and I feel an 80 year old. Illness isn't prejudice. I'm not just doing this for me, there are 250,000 cases of ME in England and that is just the people diagnosed, many go undiagnosed due to being unable to explain their illness and the lack of research due to funding.please help me raise funds and awareness for this worthy cause
