So it’s been a while since I’ve done anything challenging, although not a particularly massive distance, this one is a mental one...My favourite kind!! On the 12th February until the early hours of the 14th February I will be taking part in the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge. This involves running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.

I’m trying to raise as much money as possible for Hope Rescue as its a local charity that has not only been hit hard by Covid like so many but also by the floods early last year before all the madness started.

A bit about Hope Rescue:

Our mission is to; reduce the number of dogs destroyed in the U.K. every year by providing a foster home, kennel space or rescue placement for dogs in crisis situations and; reduce the number of dogs, entering the animal welfare system through campaigning for change; education and the promotion of responsible ownership; and the provision of support to owners to help them keep their pets and; promote the therapeutic benefits of pet ownership and interaction with dogs.
