In September I will be cycling 500km over 4 days, from St Albans to the Isle of Wight - All to raise vital funds for Rennie Grove Hospice Care allowing them to continue to give the amazing care and support they do, to children, adults & their families with life-limiting illnesses across Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire.

I did this challenge in 2015 and it was one of the best things I have done. We raised over £60,000 that time with 16 riders - this time we have 40 and looking to raise a lot more for a brilliant charity at a time when charities need support and funding the most.
