I have decided to take part in the Cardiff Half Marathon in October 2023, to motivate me I have decided to raise money for the Welsh Air Ambulance and would really appreciate any donations big or small to this amazing charity.

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep our helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.Your donations will help keep this vital service in Wales.
