Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Our team page is at https://www.justgiving.com/teams/NatalieChris17

Last year I watched and photographed my daughter, Natalie, walk 10k through London for the Dyspraxia Foundation. We then both took part in Parallel London's 10K through the Olympic Park. We completed it in 1hr 37m. This year I've decided to join her again in the British 10K through the streets of London, and this time jogging will be involved!!! We really need to beat 1hr 37m

We will be doing this for an amazing charity, the Dyspraxia Foundation. As many of you already know, Natalie has dyspraxia and mild cerebral palsy although dyspraxia affects her the most.

So many people have never heard of dyspraxia before or don't know what it is, despite the fact that it is quite common. It is estimated that between 1 in 10 to 1 in 20 people are dyspraxic! To find out more and to read some extremely interesting, humorous and informative blogs see Natalie's blog at https://theblogwithonepost.wordpress.com

The Dyspraxia Foundation are the only charity in the UK who are dedicated to raising awareness of dyspraxia. They do an enormous amount to raise awareness and provide support for both parents and individuals with dyspraxia. They cannot continue their work without vital funds. Although they are the only charity in the UK who are dedicated to raising awareness of dyspraxia, they do not receive any government funding. The Dyspraxia Foundation consists of a large number of volunteers with just a few members of paid staff.

So please donate - it really would mean a lot if you could! As little or as much as you like, it all makes a difference!

Many thanks!
