Just before Christmas 2021 our mum was taken from us unexpectadly due to acute Myloid Leukemia.

My mum always encouraged me to run when i was younger and brought her great joy, therefore i would like raise awareness and support for Leukaemia and would appreciate any donations to this cause. 

This will be no easy task as it will consist of 15k riddled with over 30 obstacles from a cage crawl to electro therapy. Those of you that know me will no im not in the best shape of my life and will be training between now and September 2022 to prepare and shed some of this dad bod.
