In view of Chris’s recent struggles we are asking for donations to support the charity, CALM. This particular charity works in aid of mental health, leading movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Mental health illness can effect anyone, whether directly, or through the experience of others.

We would like to support charities that encourage people to educate themselves and speak out against the stigma of mental health illness. Also those who provide healthy coping mechanisms, and support people to receive the help and treatment they need.
