I'm taking on Move for Mind challenge - moving 31 minutes a day for 31 days in January - and fighting for better mental health for everyone.
I have lost a good friend to suicide in 2020 and members of my close family and friends have battled with their mental health over the years. MIND and the help and information they provide are vital to help so many people find their way forward once again.
Right now, Mind’s phone lines are the busiest they’ve ever been. In the UK 1 in 4 of us will face a mental health problem this year, yet too many still wait in silence. Mind is often their only lifeline — on the phone, in local communities, and fighting for change so no one is left behind.
