I'm fundraising for Alder Hey, a place that everyone has benefited from in some way in the north west, the work they do needs preserving.

Please feel free to support alder hey by sponsoring me as I cycle 70km around Lake Coniston in the lake district. This challenge will see me complete 8 huge climbs all over 3km in length which contribute to a total climbing height of 1700m. If that wasn't enough (it's more than enough!) I'll be finishing off by SUP across Lake Coniston and I will certainly take a dip as I have never done this before.
