Welcome to the Chris Drummond - Race Against Time Just Giving Page.

Sadly, we lost our good friend Chris but his inspiration lives on, in the team, he himself gathered together to promote and support his campaign. We've organised a number of small sponsored events in an attempt to add to Chris' fundraising total but we still have some way to go.

That said, with your continued support we believe we'll soon achieve, pass and possibly smash the original £30,000 total set. Our friends at Autofarm (1973) Ltd continue to maintain the RATP88 and thanks to their momentous the RATP continues to appear at numerous events.

Chris's Original Profile Statement:

I’m sure you’re all wondering who I am and why I’ve got my own Just Giving page titled “Race Against Time”. You’re probably also asking why there’s a Stand Up To Cancer logo and a picture of my classic Porsche Carrera 911 featured on the front page.

Well, I've got Cancer and unknowingly have had this in my body for a good while. My oncologist, a lovely lady called Nicola, tells me it's terminal and when diagnosed back in August '16 told me I have between 12 and 18 months to live. So without testing the grey matter too much you can see how the page title "Race Against Time" is pertinent. 

Having recently completed a 5m cycle of chemotherapy, my mission is to raise awareness about cancer to the Porsche and other petrolheads masses and raise as much money for Cancer Research UK as I can.
