On 31st October I started a challenge to swim 819 miles from Halesowen to Madrid in the pool just for a bit of fun. I chose Madrid because I hadn't been there.I soon realised it was going to take me around 5 years to complete. On Thursday last week I completed 21 miles and decided that as this is going to take me some time to achieve I would create a Just Giving page so that the RNLI could also benefit from my efforts.
