Last year I needed plastic surgery after I was driven into by a van whilst cycling. I am really grateful to the QE Hospital for all the care I was given and delighted to be still alive and recovering. Birmingham's 1st 100 mile closed road cycling is the perfect opportunity for me to give something back and to rebuild my confidence on a bike again.
